Walk for Good News

Walk for Good News was a success.

On Saturday, April 6th, every CEF Maryland chapter and two of our underdeveloped areas, invited Good News Club teams, children, families, and churches to walk for “Good News”! Every area had a place such as a church, school or park where people from the area came to walk for a 30 to 60 minute walk. Afterwards they were welcomed to a short gospel presentation is made to them by a volunteer or minister.

In our first year we had more than 100 people participate in the statewide event. Chapters raised funds that will go towards spreading the Good News of the Gospel to children in their area. We thank all those who participated.
