We’re so excited you have chosen to teach a Christmas Party Club! This full party demonstration was recorded in 2015. Each year there is new curriculum used for Christmas parties, so there will be differences between what you see in the video and what you are using for this year. Some things mentioned in the video are no longer available, such as Truth Chasers Club starter lessons or Wonderzone.com. Contact your local Child Evangelism Fellowship® chapter for help in planning your Christmas Party Club outreach.
Listen and watch carefully so you can get helpful ideas of how to teach and interact with the children at your party.
Try to answer the following questions as you watch:
- How is the theme carried throughout the party?
- How is the memory verse taught?
- Listen for the message of salvation in the lesson.
- What was taught about sin in the lesson?
- What was taught about God’s love in the lesson?
- What was taught about the person and work of Christ in the lesson?
- How did team members help each other?
- How were the children encouraged to participate and involved in the teaching?
